Autumn Harvest
—
Everything behind the Grain
Autumn, the season of harvest.
The hills and fields are filled with a faintly burnt fragrance as the sun bakes everything ripe for more, and leaves as red as fire are interspersed with leaves as brilliant as gold, burning brightly all the way to the sky.
Where the autumn breeze passes, the grains are fragrant. O golden wheat fields, quietly, just bring you joy.

The Whisky Tour
You will wonder how the wheat and corn, turn into golden Whisky. The choice of different grain ingredients, and different distillation methods, together with different ways of coming of age, in turn, make different Scotch whiskies.
The Whisky Tour at The Cairngorms is not to be missed by those who love the culture of alcohol.

Visit Speyside Distillery and learn about the whisky-making process.

The Whisky Market is open! The market is home to a variety of distilleries from across the cairngorms, and at each stall, you can learn about the choice of raw materials and casks for different whiskies, and taste the different flavors of the different grains used to make them.
In the blending area, we invite Master Blenders to create a whisky of your choice, using ingredients of your choice.

In the sales area, you can find whisky-related accessories such as decanters and glasses, as well as finished whiskies for sale offline, so you can pick up a bottle to keep at home.
